We like to get personal
We believe one of the most important stages of any communication project is also the most overlooked. Before we begin any creative work we will look at your previous campaigns and what has, or hasn't worked so well. We will look at your competitors and your customers and examine any available historical data you may have such as website traffic, your Adwords/ Adsense/ Analytics accounts and click-through rates on previous email campaigns. This first phase allows us to work with you to ensure that the approach we choose for your project is the most appropriate for your audience.

Building solutions around your brand
If you take a look at some of our work you will see that we have no, one creative style or approach. It is your brand that we want your customers to engage with, not ours. Once we have agreed on a creative approach that will work well with your audience, we ensure that we have the right people in place to execute this. As a small business, we are often dependent on bringing talent in to work us on your projects. This is common practice across all agencies, however, many are loathe to admit this. However, we believe this approach serves you better as it means we have the flexibility to ensure that your project has the right people working with us, not just who is available at the time.

Delivering your message
Having established the channel(s) and completed and tested the creative, we set about delivering it. We have partners who specialise in media planning and buying so we can ensure that your message gets to the right people at the right time, and our own server to ensure that we are in total control of the delivery. We are also a partner with a major email-distribution provider ensuring that your campaigns are sent from 'White-Listed' servers and end up in the In-box, and not in the Spam folder.

Getting better results
Finally, once a project has launched, we go through a process of analysis, and where appropriate, modification. We look again at the statistics, we monitor patterns of usage and assess the ways in which your audience has engaged with the content we have created for you. With email marketing this will often mean sending trial campaigns to smaller lists with slightly different creative approaches before we commit to sending out the main campaign. For Search Engine Optimisation, or Pay-Per-Click campaigns, this will mean a regular, often daily, process of analysis, modification and feedback.
